Musical and Sick :(

Hey Everyone!

So as Sunday evening concluded hours of time spent on working our AC musical titled "Castle by the Sea," my body just broke down. I'm suffering a very yucky head cold at the moment. But it's okay cause the musical went really really well! I think we amazed everyone at the quality performance we put together. I wrote the script, a couple brilliant Asians worked with the music, and others helped with the choreography. Basically it was a fairy tale plot line about a grand ball told in a rather satirical way and pulled together songs from several different musicals including Phantom of the Opera, Moulin Rouge, Chicago, and West Side Story.

I played the circus type narrator. I've gotten fantastic reviews on it including an article in our school newspaper! No one recognized me when I appeared apparently though! I had my hair tightly curled and everyone thought it was a wig! Everyone really enjoyed it though and that's what really matters.

The Cast. Find me! Hint: I'm dressed in something I'd never wear EVER except it suited the part enormously.

I'm now trying to find energy through my sickness for the Arts Festival I'm helping to organize this weekend. There'll be many well known performing arts artists coming for it. It's called Soundbite and all the organizational team members (including me) have been wearing shirts all week for advertising that say "Bite Me". Everyone is jealous of them and want one too! Heh, So busy weekend coming cause after Soundbite, on Sunday I'll be running 10 Kilometers to raise money for next year's scholorship fund and then I'll be rehersing for the International Show which happens the weekend after which I'll be MCing. Crazy! Where will I find time to do the loads of homework pileing up?
